OPAGAC: IOTC should enforce driftnet ban
The Spanish tuna fleet is ‘perplexed’ that the Indian Ocean Tuna Commission intends to assign yellowfin tuna quotes to fleets that use driftnets despite their high bycatch of threatened species.
