Mowi refutes competition rules wrongdoing
Having received a Statement of Objections from the European Commission as a result of its inspections in February 2019, Mowi is contesting the Commission’s preliminary view that it breached EU antitrust rules by colluding to distort competition in the market for spot sales of Norwegian farmed Atlantic salmon in the EU.
