Baltic Sea agreement reached on catch limits for 2026
The EU Council has reached a political agreement on new limits on fish catches for the Baltic Sea’s key fish stocks, namely herring, sprat, cod, salmon and plaice in order to ensure sustainable stocks and a viable fishing sector for the future.
