Russian Fishery Company expands at-sea processing

The Russian Fishery Company (RFC) expects to increase further the proportion of its pollock fillets frozen at sea. At the end of last year the company’s board approved additional expenditure through 2018, with the aim of 60% of pollock produced as sea-frozen fillets.
